Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a **Hitachi Split Air Conditioner** from your Salem branch on **10 April 2026** under Invoice No. **CS/SLM2/2460**, amounting to **?32, 500**, in the name of **Mr. Krishnachar A.B.**
While the AC unit has been physically installed, it has **still not been commissioned and made operational**, even after **11 days from purchase** and repeated follow-ups from my side.
An incomplete installation without commissioning is equivalent to non-delivery of the promised service, and this delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience and hardship.
Please treat this email as my **final written notice**.
I hereby call upon you to complete the **commissioning, testing, gas pressure check, electrical checks, trial run, and handover of the AC in fully working condition within 48 hours** from receipt of this email, failing which I shall be constrained to initiate appropriate proceedings before the **Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission** and seek compensation for delay, inconvenience, and deficiency in service, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences.
Kindly confirm the exact date and time of commissioning immediately.
