Pursuant to advertisement on mobile news wrt sale of dry fruits, buy 2 kg-get 1 kg of assorted dry fruits free, I placed order for Rs 544 and made payment of Rs 544 through G--pay and I got message "Transaction No. [protected] for Rs 544 done for Girnara Mehul Bhikhabhai has succeeded Team PayU".
So far, I have not received the dry fruits nor received refund. I have sent many reminders, whenever, the advertisement flashes on mobile news, The screen comes of Shopify.com and I contact them and remind them and remind them to send products or refund. I get reply "Thanks for contacting us. We shall reply shortly:. When I try to contact PayU, I get the message :it is under progress". The replies are through couple of lines on the screen and no action is taken to send the products or give back the amount paid.
The amount of Rs 544 is paid for specific products of dry fruits and for no other purpose.
Please register complaint and try to track the media sellers and arrange for refund of Rs 544. Was this information helpful? |
