Gitarattan Jindal Public School — Fee hike in last quarter of session[protected]

I am a citizen of delhi, and my daughter studied in above mentioned school in class 12th. The school hiked up the 15% fees( tuition, annual and development) in the last quarter of the session[protected]. They are claiming it as a government release policy and asking us to give a highly payable amount. They refuse to give my daughter's class 12th marksheet and certificate until we pay there irrelevant dues. I need the marksheet and certificate in urgent need due to incoming college admissions. I even asked the school to let me talk to some authorized authority who can resolve the issue, but they refuse to let me meet one. Please take a necessary step towards the same as soon as possible.
