I have orderd a ring from giva.co and when i received the parcel it was damaged..i asked them to refund and they told me that i will get my refund within 1 week ..its been about three weeks from then.. but till now i didint received any refund..when i tried to contact them they are not picking up call niether they are responding my mails. I even shared my bank statement with them but still there is no solution
