Giva Jewelry — Purposely delayed the return pickup and now denying it

#GI[protected]. this order is requested for pickup and it was accepted on email by giva team. but they delayed a lot and now despite of following up so much they are denying to arrange pickup. I want my refund any how. this is like fraud from their side
