Giva — No refund of returned product | |||
Hello Sir, I ordered giva Silver Anklet on 27th April order Id #G[protected] from Giva jewellery. The jewelry was broken in less than 2 months and they are not replacing it with same product because it is out of stock. I asked for refund they mentioned that they will give only wallet refund forcing me to buy another product even after such a bad experience. I have two concerns: If they are not able to replace it with same item I should be given refund in my source account rather than Giva wallet because of such a bad experience i have with giva and dont want to buy anying knowing that i will not be satisfied with their product and service. My other concern is the product was picked up on 22nd June in the noon and till now almost a week after it is showing In transit, delaying refunds and making me suspicious about their process and refund. Please help me to get the refund of this product in my bank account since the product was picked up on 22nd through shiprokcket with awb [protected] and still no update from their side.
