Placed an order for a Premium Shoe Rack (Order No: GE1184600) through [gizmoessentials.shop]. However, the product I received is completely different from what I ordered and is also fully damaged.
This is highly unacceptable and shows clear negligence in fulfilling customer orders. I have attached images as proof of the wrong and damaged product delivered.
I have already raised this issue with the seller’s customer care but have not received any satisfactory response or solution so far.
Relief Sought:
I request an immediate refund of the full amount paid.
I request that the damaged and incorrect product be picked up from my address at the earliest.
I am sharing this complaint on this portal to seek fair redressal and to ensure that such poor service does not happen with other consumers.
Please help me resolve this matter urgently.
