gk vale — Unprofessional and the worst customer service

I wanted photos for Visa, they lady in the reception was rude and made us wait without telling us how long it would take while the photographer kept doing other work and instead of catering to customers. After 20 minutes of waiting the picture had hair covering the ears and when asked to edit they threw a fit. I had to discard the photos after 30 minutes of wasting my time. GK Vale sucks. Their customer service is the worst. The photographers don’t care. Horrible experience. Will never go to GKVale again.
