Glam Retail Pvt. Ltd. have not delivered my product for 4 months and have been harassing me every single by not replying to my text or attending the phone call to give an update. Whenever I reach out to them, they simply say your order will be shipped this week (product is in warehouse, delivery partner no available and so on like a kid and have been saying this for almost 13 weeks and I am in agony. replying to texts once in a week for formality. This business is dodging me every single day till date and I am mentally traumatized. I have been requesting refund many times but their site says there is a refund policy but they refuse. A ticket is opened with National consumer helpline. Affected parties should ensure this unethical business sued legally with hefty compensation.
