I had placed an order of 3 set of kurtis with palazo for my wife from your website on 6th October and I have not received neither the order yet nor a message on the tracking number of the order.
Have been awaiting for your msg/reply on the delivery sine then. Can you please have the courtesy to revert and update on our order? Its been so many days we have been following up with you on our attached order number.
This is ridiculous! A very irresponsible behaviour from you guys who do not bother to update your clients.
May I know when will I be receiving the order.? Attaching the order number and delivery details for your reference.
Need an urgent update on this.
