I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving a pressing issue I am facing with the Glamyo Dental treatment I have availed of. The treatment was scheduled on 14th May, and I have been encountering several difficulties since then. I had initially engaged with Glamyo Dental for teeth alignment, and a representative named Apeksha visited my residence for a 3D scanning session. Following her assessment, I was provided with an estimate of INR 45, 000 for the treatment. However, Apeksha offered me a special discount if I booked the treatment immediately, reducing the cost to INR 35, 000. I proceeded with the booking by making an upfront payment of INR 2, 000. To finance the remaining amount, I opted for a loan from Fibe. I have successfully paid 9 EMIs of INR 3, 000 each. My treatment journey began on 24th Jan 2023 when I received the first set of aligners, consisting of six sets, with a 15-day interval for each set. Per their instructions, I requested the delivery of the second set of aligners via email on April 2023. Throughout this process, I have been in communication with my designated consultant, Apeksha(ph.no [protected])/Akash/Ankur(ph. no [protected])/Sumith ([protected]/[protected]), who guided me through the treatment. Unfortunately, the situation has taken a concerning turn. Ankur, who was previously responsive and supportive, has ceased all communication. Additionally, their customer service helpline is unresponsive, and their phones appear to be switched off. As you can imagine, I am quite distressed by this situation. I have sent many remainders as more than 25. But no response from them. Also i have completed my EMI with the compnay FIBE. still not received my aligners . Glamyo not at all responding my quries and not answering my phone calls . Also not responsing my whatsup queries.
