[Resolved]  Glob Sol — asking to pay 3900+3000 rupees

One day i received a call from a consultant to fill the 1000 form in 10 days. Registration and password got generated. Then i called the consultant asking jab tak mai link me click nhi krungi tab tak mera work start to nhi hoga na and he said yes ma'am aap jab tak click nhi karoge apka work start nhi hoga. So i didn't click the link. Now i am getting threatening calls and messages to pay the amount or my case will filed in the civil court. Please help me coz i am a student and i can't pay this amount. They are harassing me. Please help me
