Dear sir, my self lithin am from hyderabad recently i have been contacted by glob sol people nikhil sharma • [protected]@gmail. Comrequesting my aadhaar card scan copy i have sended later some verification department called me in order to provide work need to accept terms and conditions and pls provide work load me to say i have said that later i got a mail from [protected]@onlineformfilling.co. Inas license agreementsigned agreement pdf file audio and acceptance letter as well after this again i got a mail from helpline. [protected]@gmail. Comregardinguser name and password i have started my work some times when i close laptop and again when i open it says mutiple logins not allowed pls clear the session it says i got like this so many time though i have only 1laptop with me and same wifi i have connected for this 10days period i have completed my work load and i have taken one complete day for re evaluating all the forms i have 100% accuracy in all the forms and i have submitted the workload with in the time later i got a mail from advocate regarding i have not reached the 90% accuracy and i have not achieved in qc report they are saying i have got a mail from advocate like thisdear - nasani lithin kumar this intimation letter informs you that glob sol has send your file for legal action as per mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or qc fail then you have to pay the penalty amount. So as you are not full fill the agreement rule, so that the company has take the help of legal proceeds for his compensation. So pay the amount as soon as possible to close your file, if the case being filed against you then you have in big loss of money for the legal procedure. Thank you. — mr.
