Dear sir/madam,
Initially i was offered a home job for filling forms for which i was asked to sign agreement which is fake as the same stamp paper is used for no of other people also, about 900 in 9 days, i couldn't complete the same, then i received a lawyer threatening, that pay the amount of 4700/- as i couldn't complete i paid the amount of 4700/-.
After that i was called by their customer care and they said for anew project, when i denied that i don't want to work, then they threatened me and said the agreement was for 12 months and if i don't want to do tan i should pay about 14200/-, since i was afraid, i panicked and paid them the amount.
After payment they said that i should be present in latur court the next day, if not possible i should pay for the digital signature 8000/-. Before 5.00 pm
I paid the same and i received a noc from fo technology and the lawyer assured that everything was clear and the file is closed.
After about three days, i received a notice that i have to come to delhi court and pay about 39000/-, after which i came to know that everything was fraud. So i ignored the same as advised by the previous layer mr. Yashvant desai.
After 15 days, i received a threatening call that the person is calling from arbitrary court and the case is open, i blocked this call, again after 2 days every alternate day i used to receive the call, which i was advised to attend by my lawyer.
Then i received a message that since i was not taking seriously they were taking legal action and they will inform me the same
And recently i received a sms that hard copy notice is been dispatched at my registered address and also they have asked me to call them once i receive the address on no [protected].
Request you to solve this, my health is getting affected by this, i from a lower middle class family, who alone has to run the family. Request you to look into this and help me out of this
