Global B2b Mart — Not providing service even after paid for

One month back I paid the amount of Rs 8000 to the company for business promotion. But till date they have not yet started the work. They are supposed to send me the list of keywords but now they want me to send the list to them. After paying for what they asked to me, now they are asking me to pay Rs 12000 for company verification. I dont want to continue my business with them. Please help me refund my money.
