Global Corporate Tour is tour service company through which I have completed by Let-Ladakh Trip last week. First of all the company have one sided agreement with customer and further they have fake promises. They took all money in advance by making continuous calls however during the execution of trip there was no single call or support to check how the customer is doing. In Manali they gave a pathetic service by providing dirty room and when we complained they even did not bothered to change the room. Thus we paid ourselves for new rooms and complained about to their Noida office. We did not got any cash back of the cost not a single penny and after that also they have no curtsy to talk to us on this topic. Further their contract promised of 500cc bullet bike but provided us 350 cc bikes which was not in good condition. They did not provided hotel names in the beginning to us and not even came to receive us in Manali. We had to pay exorbitant cost to goto hotels to private vehicles. On the night briefing their co-ordinator denied to make what's app group for communication with team and hardly gave his number after multiple talks. In Pangong lake they missed to carry our luggage and after calling to vehicle driver he denied to come back to pick it up. Further when we called to the Route Marshal he said to manage ourself they are not going to help us. I had came with my wife and had 3 bags and accompanied by my friend with same luggage, we were left alone in remote location where we even did not have network to ask for help. Somehow we managed to arrange private vehicle which cost us 6000 rupees to drop us in leh with all those luggage wherein after reaching at hotel they fought with us for this. This is the worst service by company and they are only working for money. No care of customers coming from different region. I demand to get refund of Hotel cost and Private vehicle cost from Global Corporate Tour.
