I have purchased power saver on 6-jan-18, but it doesn't work and no any effect from my bill and no any power save, I purchased on condition of on year money-back guarantee as per attached bill, They have assured me to money back guarantee, I contacted you on Mr. Ratan Dev Choudhary on contact[protected] and [protected]. I have many request him to pick up item and refund me but they denied to take any action, i have also request them to test this on my home, ispite of this they have send second piece to test, but they denied. Now after waiting 3 months any assurance, I also message on whatsapp, they send a second third class piece ondly plastic west.

So want to return this and refund my cost as per condition on provided bills,
I don't want any more, this is useless.
