I have taken call center home based project.
They stated that they have toll free number project and hr calling project...
I was planning to take 5 seater initially paid rs.10, 000 upfront and also to test the service i took another one for rs.5000 for one seater.
They informed me that is just the security deposit and in case if we are not happy with the project they will refund the amount.
After taking the project, they are not providing the database which was promised.
And if i ask them to give the refund, no one is picking the call... If they pick the call no one is giving me the right information.
Now they are refusing to refund the money...
More over they are cheating the customer by giving wrong information stating that we can earn in lakhs which is not true.
Each and every time i try to call, i get no proper response.
I want my refund back and do not wish to continue with them any more as i do not trust.

I have planned for 5 seater and I have paid rs.29, 500/- upfront.
They informed me about this project that you will earn lot of money and we are providing accurate data and genuine customers number for telecom process but all are fake.

All are fake companies.
They are changing their names of employees to make people fool.
Don't pay a single Paisa to this fraud campanies and their employees.
I will file a case against them.
And will take the refund.ASAP.
