I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding our household relocation booking from Villivakkam, Chennai to North Paravoor, Ernakulam.

The team packed and collected all household belongings on 28 May and explicitly assured us that the goods would be delivered and unpacked on 30 May.
Based on this commitment, my parents travelled from Kozhikode to North Paravoor and waited at the new rented house. My father is handicapped, and the house is completely empty as all household items are with your company.
Despite making hundreds of calls, the representatives have repeatedly provided different delivery times and excuses. On 31 May, we were informed multiple times that delivery would occur at 10:00 AM, then 10:30 AM, and later at other times. However, no delivery has taken place.
This delay has caused significant hardship, financial loss, mental stress, and inconvenience to our family.
