Global Headhunt — False commitment for job hunt services

I have registered myself with Global Head Hunt for the Job hunt services on 25th Nov'2016 and it was been told to me by their representative that they will committed their services for searching a right job as per my profile in a month. However, I have not experienced yet so far. I have paid the registration fee of INR 4999 (Invoice No.: GHH1001448) and also paid addition of INR 5499 (Invoice No.: GHH1001450) through online, which they have said its refundable for unsatisfactory services at the time of registration that you charge for registration and it was committed that Global Head Hunt will provide job opening and JDs as per my skill sets within one week, however it’s been more than a month I did not received any job opening offers nor any kind of information that Global Head Hunt is searching for the right job opening as per my profile until I proactively call or email them.

I have sent them repeated reminders to refund the amount and also have sent them mails on multiple email ID (jay.[protected]@globalheadhunt.com; [protected]@globalheadhunt.com; [protected]@globalheadhunt.com; [protected]@globalheadhunt.com; [protected]@globalheadhunt.com) believing that anyone in the department would read and reply to the trouble which I'm currently facing, but I have not received any response from them for the refund amount, even I have tried to contact them at +91 [protected] which is their contact number they have not responded to the matter and just disconnecting the phone mid way, ever since the day I have joined Global Head Hunt to take their services they have just been apologetic for the lack of commitments that they have promised at the time of registration.

Therefore, now I have taken this platform to address my issue with everyone so that anyone can guide/help me to slot this issue out and claim the refund amount and also I would like to beware all other job aspirants to be very careful regarding fraud paid job consultants.
