My Complaint :

Global Hospitals have engaged M/s Metropolis for conducting Pathological Tests. But if I book tests through Global Hospitals they charge much much more than what is directly charged by M/s Metropolis.

This is the experience I had when I visited the Hospital for treatment of my wife, Mrs Rupa Sinha ( Patient ID - [protected])

I give below details of tests and fee paid by me. Also I am showing what is charged by M/s Metropolis if booked directly with them.

1. HCV RNA Quantification - Rs. 12, 141.00 ( M/s Metropolis charges Rs. 7, 990.00
2. Creatinine - Rs. 351.00 (M/s Metropolis charges Rs. 250.00)
3. TSH - Rs. 828.00 (M/s Metropolis charges Rs. To be checked, assume it to be Rs. 500.00)
4. Lipid Profile Mini - Rs. 828.00 (M/s Metropolis charges Rs. 800.00)
5. LFT Mini - Rs. 1, 242.00 (M/s Metropolis charges Rs. 1, 120.00)
6. HbA1C - Rs. 936.00 (M/s Metropolis charges Rs. 620.00)

Please arrange to refund me the excess charged.
Also take up with the Hospital appropriately.
