We would like to draw your attention to the fact that ours is a new enterprise that was established in November 2018, over a year after the incident you have mentioned in your review. Your ill-fated experience must have been in association with a different company of the same name.
Our establishment was not involved in the incident whatsoever. Therefore, we urge you to remove it from this platform at the earliest as it contains incorrect, defamatory allegations against our company’s name, and would be misleading for our potential client and customer base. We thank you in advance for your co-operation.

We would like to highlight that there is a very old complaint (year 2017) for globalKart, refer below link . We need your co-operation here to remove it from your portal as globalkart.com is yet to start its services.
