Global Motocorp Llp — Late delivery of car

Dear sir

in first week of may i visited global skoda showroom, ajc bose road, kolkata and took a test drive for skoda slavia

i liked the car on test drive and the showroom employee abhishek acharjee confirmed me that on booking i shall get the car delivery in first week of june

i mentioned it to him that car is urgently required and on his commitment that car shall be delivered in first of june, i paid an advance of rs 25000 on 09/05/23

on payment i was told that car shall be delivered to me in 4 weeks time ( email proof enclosed)

on 18/05/23 and 27/05/23 abhishek acharjee again reconfirmed that car will be delivered in first week of june ( wats app proof enclosed)

on my enquiry on 05/06/23 he mentioned that car yet not released from the plant and now new delivered date will be 20/06/23 ( wats app proof enclosed)

i tried calling abhishek acharjee on 11-12th june but he avoided my call

on 13/06/23 he informed me that the car will not be delivered on 20/06/23 also and he is unable to give a commitment as to when the car will be delivered as red colour car was not under production

i had booked a red colour and he insisted me to buy some other colour car

i then spoke to GM SALES MR CHAKRABORTY who also made stupid excuses for late delivery and said he is unable to commit a date for the delivery as red color car was not under production

both abhishek acharjee ( mobile [protected]) and chakraborty (mobile [protected]) tried to convince me to change the car colour to get early delivery and both seemed unsure about the car delivery date ( THEY BOTH SAID THEY CANT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAY IN DELIVERY BY THE PLANT as red color car was not under production)

a CUSTOMER finalises a car based on his choice but ### like abhishek acharjee and chakraborty delay the delivery and then insist the CUSTOMER to buy the car as per their convenience and their specification

i made the booking in may on the assurance that i shall get the delivery in june.

few days delay from orignal committed delivery date is understood but when your employees give an indefinite date it shows your companys inefficiency

the booking was either taken in haste even though the global skoda was sure that they will be unable to deliver the car in june or it is also possible that my car is ready and global skoda plans to deliver the car to some other CUSTOMER who may have offered some extra money..

FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH SKODA HAS BEEN A PATHETIC ONE

you can never be as good as a "HONDA" or a "TOYOTA" just for this reason
