Bashir is the employee working at a licensed agency called Global Placement Centre. He is using the license and name of that company to send peoples to abroad for different jobs and cheating. Not only people he is cheating that agency of Global Placement Centre also where he is currently working. Bashir hasn’t deal agency providing orders he is dealing separately with his own order but using Global Placement Centre name. His main country is Kuwait. He especially sends women to work as Nursing Aides & Caretakers. If in case there is any issues happened to them in abroad, Bashir will not take any responsibility, interfere or give solution for his candidates. Candidates should have to speak with Bashir at any cost in any emergency situation, he doesn't care about it, Bashir simply avoiding that call or message and if they call Bashir on WhatsApp he answered like Rude & Arrogant. But he charges a visa commission of 1 lakh to 1.50 lakh per person as an agent piece. He is cheating more people under the guise of a licensing agency as employee. So be careful and avoid to contact this guy.
1. Recent Victim - (Physiotherapist)
A male physiotherapist from Kerala went for work according 2 years contract but returned after 4th month Reason: After 3 months, Agency pressured him to Change his job from physiotherapist to another job. He is not accept that offer because he went for physiotherapist job therefore he returned back to India within 4 month. But he was spent and paid agency fees of Rs.1.20 lak for his job & visa. While working period they give only 2 months salary for this person.
2. Recent Victims - (ANM Nursing Aide)
Two women went to work as ANM nurses a year ago. Bashir told the work is 8 hours only then overtime is applicable. When I went Kuwait then only know there is no overtime. While the nurse ask Bashir, why they are not pay for my Overtime here, I never ever told about Overtime before. He simply avoid that overtime issue and speak like arrogant. If any kind of issues happened in my working area he is not taking any responsibilities for that issue. He said i dont care about that issue, you should to take care of it yourself. I was finished my part of job after issued visa. This is the answer came from Bashir. But they paid to Bashir 1 lak per head from the candidates side for this visa process.
Many people are suffering by Bashir. Please don't go abroad through by Bashir.
