Hi, i am also facing a fraud issue with an online data entry company (global service / gkinfoteck) and i dont know what i need to do now they are saying if you dont pay the breach of contract payment they will file a legal claim and action.
Even they provided me the wrong credentials and several times i dropped an email to the same email but i had not received any response and suddenly after the 7th day they send me an email where they said you break the contract so now you'll face the legal action and if you dont face any legal action please pay the breach of contract payment . After 2 hours one of the person whom said youself a lawer call me and said now we are filling a complaint again you please be available for case on kerala district court. And then one legal advisor of the same company called me and said if you want NOC please pay the payment. Was this information helpful? |
