Global Skill Kanpur — Fraud using the name of NDLM, NSDC, PMKVY and SKill India by Global Skills kanpur (a unit of Sanskar Society)

Dear sir,
Last year Global skill kanpur(a unit of Sanskar Society)approach me with a proposal according to which i have to provide training to various streams of students and the payout/fees of students and faculty shall be delivered by government through the Global skill kanpur as a medium.
They have shown authority letter sign by NDLM as global skill kanpur is their recognized training partner.
After taking franchisee fee of 50000/- they told me that they will start working as their any instruction comes from NDLM.
But from past 1 1/2 year there is no response from their side, they continuously ignoring my calls and messages.after forced/calls by me they refund only 15000. Now they say remaining payment made in next month.
As there is no response from their side i ask for refund, but they didn't respond to this also.
In time i get to know that they have also done this type of fraud with many institutes on the name of NDLM, NSDC, PMKVY and skill India.
As there details are displaying on your portal many institutes tend to believe in their fake talks.
It's my request kindly block them as soon as possible and take some strict action against them.
I have also applied for case against them on the basis of fraud done by them.
