Dear sir,
iN SEPT 2016 GLOBAL SKILL is a wing of Sanskar Society contact me to do business with them and explain there proposal in which they are working on PMKVY, NDLM and some other government schemes.
for that they ask for 50000/- franchise amount because of which they will provide me students for training and their pay-out from government. I Pay this, they also they told me that they will pay the fee for faculty, marketing executive and counselor at my center. there director ABHISHEK VAJPAI assure me for students under various schemes.
all these commitments were noted on the agreement sign between me and their managing director who represent GLOBAL SKILL is a wing of Sanskar Society.
They have provided offer letter to faculty, counselor and marketing executive so that they can start working at my center.
All worked hard but society did not pay their pay and they did not provide me single admission. i called many time. i have 7 or 8 number. but they stop all. the numbers are: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. all are off now
After that they stop giving any response to me and didn't attend my call.
After a long period of time i ask for termination of agreement and refund of my amout(which is 50000/- giving at the time of agreement signing) they ask me to forward cancellation letter for franchise.
which i do as they ask, in response of it they told me that they will refund my payment within 90 days in parts.
but there is no response from their side during 90 day period.
After that when i ask them to refund my payment they start ignoring me and if they accidentally attend my call they just said that they will provide payment in next 15-20 days.
Sir/ma'am, i have tried too much but there seems that their is no effect on them, even i have search on various websites many persons are also file complaint against GLOBAL SKILL is a wing of Sanskar Society.
kindly provide some solution.
