Hope you are in good health and spirit .
I recieved a call from the regular shop from where I used to purchase the ghee.
His name is Keyur Shah and his contact number is [protected] and he is employee in that shop which is situated near Jodhpur char rasta, Satellite, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, pincode 380015.
Name of shop is Gauv Mart .
He (Keyur) called me and ask me to buy pure ghee and deliver it to my current address in Mumbai within 3-5 days . He asked by address for delivery and amount to be transferred by upi he shared me the QR scanner code.
I transferred Rs2000 and Rs1900 in two parts as he set limit on the QR for not more than Rs2000.
Total I transferred Rs.3900.
And then I taken the follow up about my delivery date He told me something is wrong with the Maruti delivery system I will recieve it by 11 th July,
I taken the follow up, daily he told me to wait .
Till 22 nd July I waited then he asked me to transfer Rs.500 for delivery saying he will return me on night time .
He even asked Rs300 more again the same day .
Total amount I transferred to him is
Rs2000 + Rs1900 +Rs500 +Rs300.
Total Rs4700 has been transferred by me till 22 nd July 2025.
Then I waited for the ghee parcel delivery, Still not received by the 28 th July .
Then I asked for the refund too, he told me Tommorow I will do, continuously taking follow up but still no response, no call picking, False excuses and then he told me lastly He will settle the amount by 12 th August .
I follow up him on 12 th August, he said Tommorow, then Tommorow and today 15 th Aug he is saying for Monday.
He is saying he has no money, he will not refund my amount untill his business runs.
He has mentally torture me, by not delivering the product and neither the amount .
IPC 420 and he is no responding properly.
He has wasted my time, broken the customer trust and made false promise and delayed the refund and still taking the amount like delivery charge and other.
I want strict step to be taken against him.
I am tax payer and i believe in our system and such non-sense never happen with others too.
I believe in our court system and i believe in justice.
Please I need my refund and please impose heavy penalty on him for false promise, wasting our time and cheating the money by false promise.
