I placed order for purchasing one smart tv digital antenna from the company by paying through my internet banking and paid rs.3295. Smart tv 123 confirmed my order by sending me e-mail and assured to deliver the said product within 15-21 days.in spite of communication through e-mail, no product has been delivered to me so far.
I contacted the customer services. Firstly, they asked me to wait for 15-21 working days, then asked me to contact my post office as they had information that product is lying for delivery in the post office. I contacted my post office but they informed that no parcel in my name and address has reached them from anywhere. They asked for details of the despatch number, date and post office from where booked. So far no response has been there from the company. Was this information helpful? |
