[Resolved]  Global Star Assosiates (Reliance Life Insurance) — cheating the customers by giving wrong promises

This company is run by Ms.Jeba selvi ([protected], [protected]). She is selling the reliance insurance product in her company. actualy her company name is Global Star Associates, instead of that she displays the board as Reliance Insurance to attract the people. She gives the false promises to the customers to take the insurance policy like, if the customer took the policy they will provide loan with in 6 months, they will provide medical facilities, if the customers want to cancel this policy they can cancel it at any time etc. Because of this the customers beleive them and took the policy, after that if the customer ask for the facilities whicy the company promises to do for then, they wont response properly for the customers. Also when the customer took the policy they are saying that, the document will be sent to their home with in 21 days, but actually it was sent only after 2-3months. the reason is she will rotate the use. When she get money she gives the file to log in. If the customer ask for the document they will not give the proper answer. If the customer want the policy, but he is not having money to pay for the policy, the customer wants to pay an advance amount to lock the ID.Number, If he pays advance amount, after that if he don't want the policy and if he ask the advance amount back, she wont give the money back to the customers. because of this the reputation of the reliance insurance get spoil.
