I have given my Suzuki access 125 four or five time at RJ Suzuki, Kollam, the authorized service center in connection with some starting complaint. They have been repairing and again and again same complaint. They were not found the reason . Last ten days back again I have taken my vehicle to RJ Suzuki for the same complaint. So far they have not repaired the vehicle and they are keeping the vehicle there itself. As an authorized service center they done have any responsibility to repair the vehicle. Service is very poor. It is a very pathetic condition of Kollam people such a bad authorized service station of suzuki access. They are not thinking of our time.
