Global Vectra Trips Pvt. Ltd — Company has not given service what it has promise

I have booked cab (Vehicle) for my trip from 2nd june to 8th june from chandigarh-shimla-manali-chandigarh for 7 days, i have paid all my money to the company. But at the 8th day they didnt send cab and i have to book another cab for the single day.
So i have asked company to give my money back for the day they refuse for cab. So they are not giving me my money.
