Dear sirs,

Shri rajesh saxena of global vision consultants has been in touch with me for sometime and he has extracted rs. 80200 from me in 10 stages as under by neft transactions:

Rs. 2000 on 11.12.2017 by neft in account of dinesh kumar yadav, icici account no.[protected].
Rs. 5000 on 17.12.2017 by neft in same account.
Rs. 5000 on 28.12.2017 in same account.
Rs. 4600 on 29.12.17 in same account.
Rs. 7800 for gst on 29.12.17 in same account.
Rs. 26000 for payment to essar oil on 29.12.17 in same account (As per him this is as per instructions from mr. Rastogi, gm (Hr), essar).
Rs. 12400 for payment to essar oil on 30.12.17 in same account.
Rs. 7200 for payment to essar oil on 3.01.18 in same account.
Rs. 5200 for payment to essar oil on 3.01.18 in same account.
Rs. 5000 on 6.01.18 for arranging refund of rs. 135000 incl. Previous arrears.
Total rs. 80200.

He had promised a job in essar oil at bhopal and when i went to essar oil office in bhopal on 29.12.17, rajesh saxena asked me for rs. 24600 more. Earlier he had told clearly that rs. 26000 is the final amount. After paying rs. 24800 on 30.12.17 & 3.1.18, he is now asking for rs. 12300 more, which i have refused to pay.

Can u bring this matter to the notice of m. D., as to how i am being cheated in name of getting a job in essar oil at bhopal. I have retired from a senior management position from iocl and my cv is being attached.

If job isn't possible, can u ask him to refund rs. 80200 immediately or the sum of rs. 135000, which according to him is owed to me by global consultants.

I have further paid rs. 10200, on assurance of providing job to me i. E. A total of rs. 90400 has been paid by me, for which either i need the job or the amount of rs. 90400 refunded to me.
