I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent order from "Global Cart Store". I purchased the following item:

However, I only received 1 quantity instead of the 10 pieces that I ordered, and the delivered product is not the correct one.

I have attached a picture of the delivered product along with my billing details for your reference. Additionally, when I scanned the QR code available in the package, I received this no- [protected] and invoice no[protected].

Contacted them via email, but haven't received any response on this issue.

Kindly help us to get my money back and compensation for the inconvenience faced.
