I had ordered a phone from the website as a cash on delivery. i had paid the delivery charges before hand and was asked to pay the cost of the handset on delivery. i received a courier tracking number also. I received the courier after 5 days and paid up the courier guy the requisite amount of 39k. upon opening the courier, i saw that a different model phone was provided and that was also very old and not functioning properly. i messaged their number and was told that a replacement would be provided. i bave been waiting since yhen . upon writing to them no response is received .
