I have booked for a movie named Ghani in globex cinemas vizag(mindhi) on 12/04/2022 at 2:30 pm.The show has been cancelled due to some maintenance issues.I didnot received any intimation regarding show cancellation through any mode of communication.refund has not been initiated and called book my show and they stated that there is no information from globex cinemas regarding cancellation of the show. As i dint had any information regarding show cancellation i went to theatre.As a token of apology i asked for fuel expenses but they didnt even responded
