Glovve Packers And Movers — Refusal to deliver my items

I booked with Mr Pankaj, from Glovve Packers and Movers on the 8th of January 2022 for my items to be transported from Chennai to Mysore. I confirmed with him for 12th of Jan night, 6pm. Anil and Amit arrived at 5:30pm, they confirmed that they were only the packers and my items would be moved to a bigger truck from the tempo the next morning, before starting for Mysore. After transporting, they handed me a paper confirming all my items and their value. The value came up to 29, 000/- rupees. I arrived in Mysore on the 13th morning and received a call from Pankaj asking me to pay the bill and then my items would arrive to its delivery location. My bill which was initially quoted 6, 000/- rupees was later quoted 19, 475/-. Pankaj refused to negated on the amount. He had added insurance coverage of 1, 00, 000/- when my items were valued at 29, 000/-. He had added 4, 000/- for cost charges without and evidence of any receipts. He has refused to deliver my items without a full payment. He has not given me details of the driver, the truck or the whereabouts of my items. He has threatened to hold my items and has also stated that he is currently not in Chennai but in Delhi and is unbothered with any complaints filed.
