Gm Infinite Global Techies Town , Electronic City , Bangalore — Non Refund of amount taken within few hours on written condition that amount will be returned

We had gone on the 22nd of October 2016 to get details as regards Project GM Infinite Global techies town and met Mr. Mahboob Ali Khan Manager Sales, who explained about the project and insisted that we should select a favorable unit and book it by paying a token amount to avoid it being taken by another customer.

We requested Mr. Khan to allow us some time till next day till we are clear in our minds to proceed to give the token amount however he insisted us again and again to give him any little amount immediately as token on the assurance that the amount will be refunded back to us if we decide not to go ahead

Based on his assurance in writing that money will be refunded very written assurance and signature of Mr. Khan on the booking form that the amount will be refunded back if we decide to quit with his signature we made a payment of 11, 000/- as token in the evening that day

The very next morning on 23rd October 2016 we called Mr. Khan letting him know of our decision that we will not be able to go ahead with the project due to financial constraints and requested him to return our money

Mr. Khan then stated that it will take some time a month to refund the amount, however any such mention of a month to refund was not told to us when he gave us written assurance of return

Later I went to the project site at Electronic city on the 24th October 2016 and spoke to Mr. Khan, he again assured me I that it will take 30 days time to give the amount and directed me to speak to Sukesh Jain his senior he also assured me that he will talk to the accounts department and initiate refund in few days, but these were all fake words,

However last week I spoke to Sukesh again you have told me it will take 90 days, I was hoping to receive my amount in few days and also had no inclination or slightest indication that they will require time to return the money, leave alone of any mention to 30 days period or a 90 days period as now mentioned.

we had been there almost the whole day looking into the details and were extremely tired and would require sometime to be clear in our minds due to our financial constraints and also of the fact that we were actually looking for a ready to move in at the point, however upon much insistence and assurance of Mr. Khan that in case we can't carry forward, the amount will be returned to us without any hindrance, I paid the Rupees 11000/- from my debit card

Also please note that very next morning considering the working hours, Mr. Khan was called and intimated of our decision both on call and next day in person.

As there was no mention at the first instance of a 30 days or 90 days period

later on continuous calling Sukesh he confirmed on mail that they have spoken to accounts and will refund by 25th January 2017,

when I called for the amount they said that they are unable to refund which they committed to us in writing
