Gm Solutions — Ecs stop

I am joseph proprietor of gm solutions. I was initiate stop ecs in 05.05.2022. The customer care executive says after two months your ecs will stopped. But i call right now. They says again 3 months ecs will take . This is very fraud and unlawful activties. This is against consumer protect act. Every concern having rights to stop contract under indian contract act. But likely you are doing robbery from customers because of irresponsible employees. Please take appropriate action . I am going to file the consumer case also.
