Gmac Tcfc Fin Ltd, Panaji — Non receipt of NOC even after repayment of entire loan.

I Mr. Pradeep Naik from Margao, Goa, had taken car loan from GMAC TCFC FIN LTD company for my Maruti Van car number GA08A0938 dated 30/07/2003.

I have repaid the entire loan but the company has not issued me NOC.

I request you to kindly help me in this regard.
