GMC — A Lot of Street dog in our apartment building

A lot amount of street dogs are causing a severe disturbance by making loud barks and cries as the night prevails resulting in thin sleep.
The residents of Sankardev Housing complex, Ganapati Niwas, Prahgjyotishpur, Jalukbari are facing a lot more trouble with those non-domestic pets and I personally request the GMC Board to make a decision of lifting these dogs as early as possible before any untoward incidents occurs.
