Gmp Technical Solutions — Hp designjet plotter machine z5400 is not working

We have purchased new hp design jet plotter machine z5400 from hp on 2nd july 2016. now this plotter machine showing error of [74.8:04 install the latest firmware release] from last one week (3rd august, 2016). we are coordinating with hp technical team (mr. niraj & mr. aziz) but they are not able to resolve this error. they are daily changing day by day one-one parts and giving reasons to us.
Hp plotter technical team told us this issue will resolve by iqor global services india private limited service center but service center persons (ms. priyanka & ms. sunita) are not picking our phones call on time. service center engineer (mr. satish) coming every day after 1.00pm.

We have daily huge quantity printouts, we are not able to getting printouts. if hp will not resolve this issue then please replace the plotter machine or take it back, we will find out another options.


Kindly resolve this issue as earlier and fast because we cannot spend more time in this issue.

Dear HP Team,

Till date plotter issue not resolved, Mr. Ashish & Mr. Sukesh are trying there level best but failed to resolve the issue.
Request you to take this issue on high priority to avoid further business loss.
