My name is karthikeyan. I am working in GMR projects as a site Project manager.
Today, on[protected] at 1:30 PM, I parked my two-wheeler in the GMR Aero Tower parking area. I proceeded to the GMR Aero Tower for a meeting with a customer. Upon returning to the parking area, I discovered that the air had been let out of my two-wheeler's back tire and my helmet had been taken by security personnel. He informed me that I had parked my vehicle in the bus parking area.
I acknowledge that I parked my vehicle in the bus parking area, and I am open to receiving a penalty or warning. However, I question the rationale behind the removal of the air from my bike tire and the confiscation of my helmet. How am I expected to retrieve my bike from that parking area under these circumstances? This action constitutes a criminal offense by the GMR security team. A bus driver has video evidence of the incident when the air was released and the helmet was taken. I have attached a security personnal picture for your reference.
I urge you to take this matter seriously and provide me with an update on the actions taken. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be compelled to pursue legal action regarding this issue, supported by the valid video evidence and this complaint report.
