I had rented an EV from Go Fuel Private Limited (GoZap) by paying a security deposit of ₹2, 800. Due to poor service and vehicle issues, I returned the EV as per the rental policy. I was clearly informed by the staff that the deposit would be refunded in full.
It has now been over one month, and I have still not received my refund. I have followed up several times and spoken with 4–5 staff members from Go Fuel, but there has been no action or resolution so far.
This delay is causing unnecessary stress and appears to be an intentional avoidance of refund. I request ConsumerComplaints.in to kindly help in ensuring the immediate refund of ₹2, 800 and hold the company accountable for the delay.
