Go Lakshwadeep — Taking money from people for loss due to PM's visit

We had a booking in Lakshwadeep via GOL travels from 23rd Dec to 31st Dec. Because of a surprise PM visit, our booking in Bangaram got cancelled for 1 night for 29th Dec. So instead of staying for 1 night in Agatti, we had to stay for 2 nights in Agatti. Now, everybody had to leave the islands and stay in Agatti due to non-availability of flights back home. So now this is where the chaos began. Go lakshwadeep, booked hotels for us in August'23 for a trip in Dec'23. Bangaram is the most expensive property (paid 19800 + 5% GST = 20790/- per night and advance payment of Rs 2500 for Agatti), a total of 23290/-. With 2 nights stay in agatti, we had book a very nice hotel for 12000 per night, they booked us in some shady hotel who was charging Rs 4000 per night inclusive of everything (food, stay, transport, water sports, permits). We did not have an alternate and decided to stay there. GOL rep informed us it will be 7000 Rs for agatti stay for 2 nights. They charged a lot of money to all the foreigners and offered them the best properties in Agatti. After 3 months of follow up for refund that was refused by them, GOL informs they will charge 15000 for Agatti stay, not refund GST for bangaram and hence will get refund of only 8000 Rs instead of 16290/-. I need them to give me 16290/- as refund for my stay with them in lakshwadeep and all the mishap created by them.
