Go Shopping Bazaar — Order no 01Q5H5N28 not despatched by company

I have made a transaction by my credit card on may 6, 2023 for rs 958 at go bazaar site for above mentioned order, but till date these people are not providing the shipping details or just reply to our query. I think these people are operating a fraud company.
