1.We choose for Flawlyeyebrow epilator
But the item received is flawless eyebrows.Wrong model delivered.(not the one shown in demo video).It is not an epilator, it is trimmer model which was sent.pcakage is in open condition and is used one.
2.Also no battery is given.
3.The piece has damage in the sides.
4.Also the bottom is not sitting straightly on top.
5.Also the upper LED nib is not opening
No response for mail, customer care number not working.
