I placed my order on April 7 for Pedigree wet food: chicken liver and chunks. The order status changed to "shipped" very soon and I was expecting it to arrive within 2-3 days. Since it didn't arrive, I contacted the Gobazaar team on their whatsapp number and was told that the order would arrive by April 15. It again didn't arrive by that time. Next, I called them up and asked for a refund; they told me to send an email with my contact details to their id: [protected]@gmail.com. They asked me to wait for 7-10 days for the refund to be reflected in my account, but, as expected, it didn't happen. Now I am trying to call them, but they have probably blocked me. As these fraudsters have created a site and whatsapp business account that looks so legit, their site needs to be taken down as soon as possible before its too late.
