I purchased GoBoult W35 Jet Black earbuds. It had one side not working issue. I raised warranty claim. Product was picked up by Ekart courier on 2nd Sep 2026
from Bhilai 490011.
Company gave Ticket No.[protected] and later[protected] but ticket is not trackable on website. Helpline [protected]
is switched off. No reply on email

It has been 7+ days, no replacement dispatched. Please dispatch replacement immediately.
