Godeya Gas Service — faulty services

Five years back we called a service man from godeya. Cause we had dark orange flames from the burner. He told there was a fault in the wall (A small part of the gas stove) and charged us for new walls. And also took servicing charges. The problem still remained. The flames were still dark in colour. We tried calling him via his cell no. But he didn't pick the calls. When he used to pick, he used to say that he is out of town. After few months, we called someone else and tried to explain the problem. He said he fooled you cause there was no problem in those walls and he didn't even repair it properly. Plus he charged you for his no use of services. Then again that new serviceman charged us. We thanked god that no harm was done cause of the faulty services. But at the same time we are really disappointed with godeya gas services. Being customers for more than 20 years was of no use. I don't think they value their customers. They just care for money. We stay on ground floor, then too every gas cylinder supplier asks for extra money saying that they are supplying cylinder to us that's why. And that too more than 50rs. We also like them belong to lower middle class family. We earn each rupee with efforts like them. One time, a guy accidentally broke the tiles of the entrance. He thumped the cylinder and the green marble was broken into pieces. Did he paid for that? No.
We faced so many issues but we kept quiet. But from now onwards, i will keep on writing complaints and seek relief.
